Born from a passion for collecting and love of the decorative arts, Widener Company is an Interiors Shop & Guest Cottage in Wiscasset, Maine. Located at the former home of Marston House Antiques, Widener Company carries a curated selection of items for the home, both old & new. The Guest Cottage offers a peaceful escape in the prettiest village in Maine

About Alexander
Always a collector, Alexander Widener's love of decorative arts, textiles, and interiors began as a child in Pennsylvania. This passion blossomed into a career in the textile world, where he has worked on brand-building and marketing for Matouk, Sister Parish textiles, and Samuel & Sons.
He now owns Widener Company, an interiors shop & guest cottage in coastal Maine, where he lives with his husband, Bradly, and little dog, Rudy.
