Handmade in England to last a lifetime using the finest materials, heritage techniques, and expert craftsmanship by Claverton Cloches.
Cloches like this have been used in gardens for centuries to protect seedlings from frost, increase humidity, or protect from pests.
Inspired by Victorian examples, each cloche is cast out of solid iron and hand-glazed with putty and horticulture glass. The frames are powder-coated in antique white and topped with a beautiful handle to lift the lid.
The assembled cloche measures approximately 17.7 inches wide x 17.7 inches deep x 18.9 inches tall (including the handle). The total weight is 36.4 lbs (base: 18.7 lbs, lid and handle: 17.6 lbs)
The cloches come packaged in double-walled, sturdy cardboard boxes. In the box, you will find five parts: the lid & four base panels, each individually packaged for protection, along with 8 brass fastening pins.
Ships directly from Claverton Cloches in England, all duty/import fees paid.
